Psalms 96
O sing vnto the LORD a new song: sing vnto the LORD all the earth.
GenevaSing vnto the Lord a newe song: sing vnto the Lord, all the earth.
שִׁ֣ירוּ לַ֭/יהוָה שִׁ֣יר חָדָ֑שׁ שִׁ֥ירוּ לַ֝/יהוָ֗ה כָּל הָ/אָֽרֶץ
Sing vnto the LORD, blesse his name: shew forth his saluation from day to day.
GenevaSing vnto the Lord, and prayse his Name: declare his saluation from day to day.
שִׁ֣ירוּ לַ֭/יהוָה בָּרֲכ֣וּ שְׁמ֑/וֹ בַּשְּׂר֥וּ מִ/יּֽוֹם לְ֝/י֗וֹם יְשׁוּעָתֽ/וֹ
Declare his glory among the heathen: his wonders among all people.
GenevaDeclare his glory among all nations, and his wonders among all people.
סַפְּר֣וּ בַ/גּוֹיִ֣ם כְּבוֹד֑/וֹ בְּ/כָל הָֽ֝/עַמִּ֗ים נִפְלְאוֹתָֽי/ו
For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised: hee is to be feared aboue all Gods.
GenevaFor the Lord is great and much to be praysed: he is to be feared aboue all gods.
כִּ֥י גָ֘ד֤וֹל יְהוָ֣ה וּ/מְהֻלָּ֣ל מְאֹ֑ד נוֹרָ֥א ה֝֗וּא עַל כָּל אֱלֹהִֽים
For all the gods of the nations are idoles: but the LORD made the heauens.
GenevaFor all the gods of the people are idoles: but the Lord made the heauens.
כִּ֤י כָּל אֱלֹהֵ֣י הָ/עַמִּ֣ים אֱלִילִ֑ים וַֽ֝/יהוָ֗ה שָׁמַ֥יִם עָשָֽׂה
Honour and maiestie are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
GenevaStrength and glory are before him: power and beautie are in his Sanctuarie.
הוֹד וְ/הָדָ֥ר לְ/פָנָ֑י/ו עֹ֥ז וְ֝/תִפְאֶ֗רֶת בְּ/מִקְדָּשֽׁ/וֹ
Giue vnto the LORD (O yee kinreds of the people:) giue vnto the LORD glory and strength.
GenevaGiue vnto the Lord, ye families of the people: giue vnto the Lord glory and power.
הָב֣וּ לַ֭/יהוָה מִשְׁפְּח֣וֹת עַמִּ֑ים הָב֥וּ לַ֝/יהוָ֗ה כָּב֥וֹד וָ/עֹֽז
Giue vnto the LORD the glory due vnto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.
GenevaGiue vnto the Lord the glory of his Name: bring an offering, and enter into his courtes.
הָב֣וּ לַ֭/יהוָה כְּב֣וֹד שְׁמ֑/וֹ שְׂאֽוּ מִ֝נְחָ֗ה וּ/בֹ֥אוּ לְ/חַצְרוֹתָֽי/ו
O worship the LORD, in the beautie of holinesse: feare before him all the earth.
GenevaWorship the Lord in the glorious Sanctuarie: tremble before him all the earth.
הִשְׁתַּחֲו֣וּ לַ֭/יהוָה בְּ/הַדְרַת קֹ֑דֶשׁ חִ֥ילוּ מִ֝/פָּנָ֗י/ו כָּל הָ/אָֽרֶץ
Say among the heathen, that the LORD reigneth: the world also shalbe established that it shall not be moued: he shall iudge the people righteously.
GenevaSay among the nations, The Lord reigneth: surely the world shalbe stable, and not moue, and he shall iudge the people in righteousnesse.
אִמְר֤וּ בַ/גּוֹיִ֨ם יְה֘וָ֤ה מָלָ֗ךְ אַף תִּכּ֣וֹן תֵּ֭בֵל בַּל תִּמּ֑וֹט יָדִ֥ין עַ֝מִּ֗ים בְּ/מֵישָׁרִֽים
Let the heauens reioyce, and let the earth be glad: let the sea roare, and the fulnesse thereof.

יִשְׂמְח֣וּ הַ֭/שָּׁמַיִם וְ/תָגֵ֣ל הָ/אָ֑רֶץ יִֽרְעַ֥ם הַ֝/יָּ֗ם וּ/מְלֹאֽ/וֹ
Let the field be ioyfull, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood reioyce

יַעֲלֹ֣ז שָׂ֭דַי וְ/כָל אֲשֶׁר בּ֑/וֹ אָ֥ז יְ֝רַנְּנ֗וּ כָּל עֲצֵי יָֽעַר
Before the LORD, for hee commeth, for hee commeth to iudge the earth: hee shall iudge the world with righteousnesse, and the people with his trueth.
GenevaBefore the Lord: for he commeth, for he cometh to iudge the earth: he wil iudge the world with righteousnes, and the people in his trueth.
לִ/פְנֵ֤י יְהוָ֨ה כִּ֬י בָ֗א כִּ֥י בָא֮ לִ/שְׁפֹּ֪ט הָ֫/אָ֥רֶץ יִשְׁפֹּֽט תֵּבֵ֥ל בְּ/צֶ֑דֶק וְ֝/עַמִּ֗ים בֶּ/אֱמוּנָתֽ/וֹ
