Psalms 99

The LORD raigneth, let the people tremble: he sitteth betweene the Cherubims, let the earth bee mooued.

יְהוָ֣ה מָ֭לָךְ יִרְגְּז֣וּ עַמִּ֑ים יֹשֵׁ֥ב כְּ֝רוּבִ֗ים תָּנ֥וּט הָ/אָֽרֶץ

The LORD is great in Zion: and he is high aboue all people.

GenevaThe Lord is great in Zion, and he is high aboue all the people.

יְ֭הוָה בְּ/צִיּ֣וֹן גָּד֑וֹל וְ/רָ֥ם ה֝֗וּא עַל כָּל הָֽ/עַמִּֽים

Let them praise thy great and terrible Name: for it is holy.

GenevaThey shall prayse thy great and fearefull Name (for it is holy)

יוֹד֣וּ שִׁ֭מְ/ךָ גָּד֥וֹל וְ/נוֹרָ֗א קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא

The Kings strength also loueth iudgement, thou doest establish equitie: thou executest iudgement and righteousnes in Iacob.

GenevaAnd the Kings power, that loueth iudgement: for thou hast prepared equitie: thou hast executed iudgement and iustice in Iaakob.

וְ/עֹ֥ז מֶלֶךְ֮ מִשְׁפָּ֪ט אָ֫הֵ֥ב אַ֭תָּה כּוֹנַ֣נְתָּ מֵישָׁרִ֑ים מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּ֝/צְדָקָ֗ה בְּ/יַעֲקֹ֤ב אַתָּ֬ה עָשִֽׂיתָ

Exalt yee the LORD our God, and worship at his footstoole: for he is holy.

GenevaExalt the Lord our God, and fall downe before his footestoole: for he is holy.

רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗י/נוּ וְֽ֭/הִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לַ/הֲדֹ֥ם רַגְלָ֗י/ו קָד֥וֹשׁ הֽוּא

Moses and Aaron among his Priests, and Samuel among them that call vpon his Name: they called vpon the LORD, and he answered them.

מֹ֘שֶׁ֤ה וְ/אַהֲרֹ֨ן בְּֽ/כֹהֲנָ֗י/ו וּ֭/שְׁמוּאֵל בְּ/קֹרְאֵ֣י שְׁמ֑/וֹ קֹרִ֥אים אֶל יְ֝הוָ֗ה וְ/ה֣וּא יַעֲנֵֽ/ם

He spake vnto them in the cloudie pillar: they kept his Testimonies, and the Ordinance that he gaue them.

בְּ/עַמּ֣וּד עָ֭נָן יְדַבֵּ֣ר אֲלֵי/הֶ֑ם שָׁמְר֥וּ עֵ֝דֹתָ֗י/ו וְ/חֹ֣ק נָֽתַן לָֽ/מוֹ

Thou answeredst them, O LORD our God: thou wast a God that forgauest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inuentions.

GenevaThou heardest them, O Lord our God: thou wast a fauourable God vnto them, though thou didst take vengeance for their inuentions.

יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהֵי/נוּ֮ אַתָּ֪ה עֲנִ֫יתָ֥/ם אֵ֣ל נֹ֭שֵׂא הָיִ֣יתָ לָ/הֶ֑ם וְ֝/נֹקֵ֗ם עַל עֲלִילוֹתָֽ/ם

Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill: for the LORD our God is holy.

רֽוֹמְמ֡וּ יְה֘וָ֤ה אֱלֹהֵ֗י/נוּ וְ֭/הִֽשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְ/הַ֣ר קָדְשׁ֑/וֹ כִּֽי קָ֝ד֗וֹשׁ יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵֽי/נוּ
