Exodus 39
And of the blew, and purple, and scarlet, they made clothes of seruice, to doe seruice in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron, as the LORD commanded Moses.

וּ/מִן הַ/תְּכֵ֤לֶת וְ/הָֽ/אַרְגָּמָן֙ וְ/תוֹלַ֣עַת הַ/שָּׁנִ֔י עָשׂ֥וּ בִגְדֵי שְׂרָ֖ד לְ/שָׁרֵ֣ת בַּ/קֹּ֑דֶשׁ וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂ֞וּ אֶת בִּגְדֵ֤י הַ/קֹּ֨דֶשׁ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לְ/אַהֲרֹ֔ן כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
And he made the Ephod of gold, blew, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linnen.

וַ/יַּ֖עַשׂ אֶת הָ/אֵפֹ֑ד זָהָ֗ב תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְ/אַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְ/תוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְ/שֵׁ֥שׁ מָשְׁזָֽר
And they did beate the golde into thinne plates, and cut it into wiers, to worke it in the blew, and in the purple, and in the scarlet, and in the fine linnen, with cunning worke.

וַֽ/יְרַקְּע֞וּ אֶת פַּחֵ֣י הַ/זָּהָב֮ וְ/קִצֵּ֣ץ פְּתִילִם֒ לַ/עֲשׂ֗וֹת בְּ/ת֤וֹךְ הַ/תְּכֵ֨לֶת֙ וּ/בְ/ת֣וֹךְ הָֽ/אַרְגָּמָ֔ן וּ/בְ/ת֛וֹךְ תּוֹלַ֥עַת הַ/שָּׁנִ֖י וּ/בְ/ת֣וֹךְ הַ/שֵּׁ֑שׁ מַעֲשֵׂ֖ה חֹשֵֽׁב
They made shoulder pieces for it, to couple it together; by the two edges was it coupled together.
GenevaFor the which they made shoulders to couple together: for it was closed by the two edges thereof.
כְּתֵפֹ֥ת עָֽשׂוּ ל֖/וֹ חֹבְרֹ֑ת עַל שְׁנֵ֥י קצוות/ו חֻבָּֽר
And the curious girdle of his Ephod that was vpon it, was of the same, according to the worke thereof: of gold, blew, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linnen, as the LORD commanded Moses.

וְ/חֵ֨שֶׁב אֲפֻדָּת֜/וֹ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלָ֗י/ו מִמֶּ֣/נּוּ הוּא֮ כְּ/מַעֲשֵׂ/הוּ֒ זָהָ֗ב תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְ/אַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְ/תוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְ/שֵׁ֣שׁ מָשְׁזָ֑ר כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
¶ And they wrought Onix stones enclosed in ouches of gold, grauen as signets are grauen, with the names of the children of Israel.

וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂוּ֙ אֶת אַבְנֵ֣י הַ/שֹּׁ֔הַם מֻֽסַבֹּ֖ת מִשְׁבְּצֹ֣ת זָהָ֑ב מְפֻתָּחֹת֙ פִּתּוּחֵ֣י חוֹתָ֔ם עַל שְׁמ֖וֹת בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל
And hee put them on the shoulders of the Ephod, that they should be stones for a memoriall to the children of Israel, as the LORD commanded Moses.

וַ/יָּ֣שֶׂם אֹתָ֗/ם עַ֚ל כִּתְפֹ֣ת הָ/אֵפֹ֔ד אַבְנֵ֥י זִכָּר֖וֹן לִ/בְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
¶ And he made the brestplate of cunning worke, like the worke of the Ephod, of gold, blew, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linnen.
GenevaAlso he made the brestplate of broydred worke like the worke of the Ephod: to wit, of gold, blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine twined linen.
וַ/יַּ֧עַשׂ אֶת הַ/חֹ֛שֶׁן מַעֲשֵׂ֥ה חֹשֵׁ֖ב כְּ/מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה אֵפֹ֑ד זָהָ֗ב תְּכֵ֧לֶת וְ/אַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְ/תוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י וְ/שֵׁ֥שׁ מָשְׁזָֽר
It was foure square, they made the brestplate double: a spanne was the length therof, and a spanne the breadth thereof being doubled.
GenevaThey made the brest plate double, and it was square, an hand breadth long, and an hand breadth broad: it was also double.
רָב֧וּעַ הָיָ֛ה כָּפ֖וּל עָשׂ֣וּ אֶת הַ/חֹ֑שֶׁן זֶ֧רֶת אָרְכּ֛/וֹ וְ/זֶ֥רֶת רָחְבּ֖/וֹ כָּפֽוּל
And they set in it foure rowes of stones: the first row was a Sardius, a Topaz, and a Carbuncle: this was the first row.
GenevaAnd they filled it with foure rowes of stones. The order was thus, a Rubie, a Topaze, and a Carbuncle in the first rowe:
וַ/יְמַלְאוּ ב֔/וֹ אַרְבָּעָ֖ה ט֣וּרֵי אָ֑בֶן ט֗וּר אֹ֤דֶם פִּטְדָה֙ וּ/בָרֶ֔קֶת הַ/טּ֖וּר הָ/אֶחָֽד
And the second row an Emeraude, a Saphire and a Diamond.
GenevaAnd in the seconde rowe, an Emeraude, a Saphir, and a Diamond:
וְ/הַ/טּ֖וּר הַ/שֵּׁנִ֑י נֹ֥פֶךְ סַפִּ֖יר וְ/יָהֲלֹֽם
And the third row a Lygure, an Agate, and an Amethist.
GenevaAlso in the thirde rowe, a Turkeis, an Achate, and an Hematite:
וְ/הַ/טּ֖וּר הַ/שְּׁלִישִׁ֑י לֶ֥שֶׁם שְׁב֖וֹ וְ/אַחְלָֽמָה
And the fourth row, a Berill, an Onix and a Iasper: they were enclosed in ouches of gold in their inclosings.
GenevaLikewise in the fourth rowe, a Chrysolite, an Onix, and a Iasper: closed and set in ouches of golde.
וְ/הַ/טּוּר֙ הָֽ/רְבִיעִ֔י תַּרְשִׁ֥ישׁ שֹׁ֖הַם וְ/יָשְׁפֵ֑ה מֽוּסַבֹּ֛ת מִשְׁבְּצ֥וֹת זָהָ֖ב בְּ/מִלֻּאֹתָֽ/ם
And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelue according to their names, like the ingrauings of a signet, euery one with his name, according to the twelue tribes.

וְ֠/הָ/אֲבָנִים עַל שְׁמֹ֨ת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל הֵ֛נָּה שְׁתֵּ֥ים עֶשְׂרֵ֖ה עַל שְׁמֹתָ֑/ם פִּתּוּחֵ֤י חֹתָם֙ אִ֣ישׁ עַל שְׁמ֔/וֹ לִ/שְׁנֵ֥ים עָשָׂ֖ר שָֽׁבֶט
And they made vpon the brestplate chaines, at the ends, of wrethen worke of pure gold.
GenevaAfter, they made vpon the brest plate cheines at the endes, of wrethen worke and pure golde.
וַ/יַּעֲשׂ֧וּ עַל הַ/חֹ֛שֶׁן שַׁרְשְׁרֹ֥ת גַּבְלֻ֖ת מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה עֲבֹ֑ת זָהָ֖ב טָהֽוֹר
And they made two ouches of gold, and two gold rings: and put the two rings in the two ends of the brestplate.
GenevaThey made also two bosses of golde, and two golde rings, and put the two rings in the two corners of the brest plate.
וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂ֗וּ שְׁתֵּי֙ מִשְׁבְּצֹ֣ת זָהָ֔ב וּ/שְׁתֵּ֖י טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֑ב וַֽ/יִּתְּנ֗וּ אֶת שְׁתֵּי֙ הַ/טַּבָּעֹ֔ת עַל שְׁנֵ֖י קְצ֥וֹת הַ/חֹֽשֶׁן
And they put the two wreathen chaines of golde in the two rings on the ends of the brestplate.
GenevaAnd they put ye two wrethe cheines of gold in the two rings, in the corners of the brest plate.
וַֽ/יִּתְּנ֗וּ שְׁתֵּי֙ הָ/עֲבֹתֹ֣ת הַ/זָּהָ֔ב עַל שְׁתֵּ֖י הַ/טַּבָּעֹ֑ת עַל קְצ֖וֹת הַ/חֹֽשֶׁן
And the two endes of the two wreathen chaines they fastened in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulder pieces of the Ephod, before it.
GenevaAlso the two other endes of the two wrethen chaines they fastened in the two bosses, and put the on the shoulders of the Ephod vpon the forefront of it.
וְ/אֵ֨ת שְׁתֵּ֤י קְצוֹת֙ שְׁתֵּ֣י הָֽ/עֲבֹתֹ֔ת נָתְנ֖וּ עַל שְׁתֵּ֣י הַֽ/מִּשְׁבְּצֹ֑ת וַֽ/יִּתְּנֻ֛/ם עַל כִּתְפֹ֥ת הָ/אֵפֹ֖ד אֶל מ֥וּל פָּנָֽי/ו
And they made two rings of gold, and put them on the two endes of the brest plate vpon the border of it, which was on the side of the Ephod inward.
GenevaLikewise they made two rings of gold, and put them in the two other corners of the brest plate vpon the edge of it, which was on the inside of the Ephod.
וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂ֗וּ שְׁתֵּי֙ טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָ֔ב וַ/יָּשִׂ֕ימוּ עַל שְׁנֵ֖י קְצ֣וֹת הַ/חֹ֑שֶׁן עַל שְׂפָת֕/וֹ אֲשֶׁ֛ר אֶל עֵ֥בֶר הָ/אֵפֹ֖ד בָּֽיְתָ/ה
And they made two other golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the Ephod vnderneath, toward the forepart of it, ouer against the other coupling thereof, aboue the curious girdle of the Ephod.
GenevaThey made also two other golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the Ephod, beneath on the foreside of it, and ouer against his coupling aboue the broydered garde of the Ephod.
וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂוּ֮ שְׁתֵּ֣י טַבְּעֹ֣ת זָהָב֒ וַֽ/יִּתְּנֻ֡/ם עַל שְׁתֵּי֩ כִתְפֹ֨ת הָ/אֵפֹ֤ד מִ/לְ/מַ֨טָּה֙ מִ/מּ֣וּל פָּנָ֔י/ו לְ/עֻמַּ֖ת מֶחְבַּרְתּ֑/וֹ מִ/מַּ֕עַל לְ/חֵ֖שֶׁב הָ/אֵפֹֽד
And they did bind the brest plate by his rings vnto the rings of the Ephod, with a lace of blew, that it might be aboue the curious girdle of the Ephod, and that the brest plate might not bee loosed from the Ephod, as the LORD commanded Moses.
GenevaThen they fastened the brest plate by his rings vnto the rings of the Ephod, with a lace of blewe silke, that it might bee fast vpon the broydered garde of the Ephod, and that the brest plate should not be loosed from the Ephod, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
וַ/יִּרְכְּס֣וּ אֶת הַ/חֹ֡שֶׁן מִ/טַּבְּעֹתָי/ו֩ אֶל טַבְּעֹ֨ת הָ/אֵפֹ֜ד בִּ/פְתִ֣יל תְּכֵ֗לֶת לִֽ/הְיֹת֙ עַל חֵ֣שֶׁב הָ/אֵפֹ֔ד וְ/לֹֽא יִזַּ֣ח הַ/חֹ֔שֶׁן מֵ/עַ֖ל הָ/אֵפֹ֑ד כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
¶ And he made the robe of the Ephod of wouen worke, all of blew.
GenevaMoreouer, he made the robe of the Ephod of wouen worke, altogether of blewe silke.
וַ/יַּ֛עַשׂ אֶת מְעִ֥יל הָ/אֵפֹ֖ד מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה אֹרֵ֑ג כְּלִ֖יל תְּכֵֽלֶת
And there was a hole in the midst of the robe as the hole of an habergeon, with a band round about the hole, that it should not rent.
GenevaAnd the hole of the robe was in the middes of it, as the coller of an habergeon, with an edge about the coller, that it shoulde not rent.
וּ/פִֽי הַ/מְּעִ֥יל בְּ/תוֹכ֖/וֹ כְּ/פִ֣י תַחְרָ֑א שָׂפָ֥ה לְ/פִ֛י/ו סָבִ֖יב לֹ֥א יִקָּרֵֽעַ
And they made vpon the hemmes of the robe pomegranates, of blew, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linnen.
GenevaAnd they made vpon the skirts of the robe pomegranates, of blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linen twined.
וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂוּ֙ עַל שׁוּלֵ֣י הַ/מְּעִ֔יל רִמּוֹנֵ֕י תְּכֵ֥לֶת וְ/אַרְגָּמָ֖ן וְ/תוֹלַ֣עַת שָׁנִ֑י מָשְׁזָֽר
And they made belles of pure gold, and put the belles betweene the pomegranates, vpon the hemme of the robe, round about betweene the pomegranates.
GenevaThey made also belles of pure gold and put the belles betweene the pomegranates vpon the skirtes of the robe rounde about betweene the pomegranates.
וַ/יַּעֲשׂ֥וּ פַעֲמֹנֵ֖י זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר וַ/יִּתְּנ֨וּ אֶת הַ/פַּֽעֲמֹנִ֜ים בְּ/ת֣וֹךְ הָ/רִמֹּנִ֗ים עַל שׁוּלֵ֤י הַ/מְּעִיל֙ סָבִ֔יב בְּ/ת֖וֹךְ הָ/רִמֹּנִֽים
A bell and a pomegranate, a bell and a pomegranate round about the hemme of the robe to minister in, as the LORD commanded Moses.

¶ And they made coats of fine linnen, of wouen worke, for Aaron and for his sonnes.

And a miter of fine linnen, and goodly bonnets of fine linnen, and linnen breeches of fine twined linnen,

וְ/אֵת֙ הַ/מִּצְנֶ֣פֶת שֵׁ֔שׁ וְ/אֶת פַּאֲרֵ֥י הַ/מִּגְבָּעֹ֖ת שֵׁ֑שׁ וְ/אֶת מִכְנְסֵ֥י הַ/בָּ֖ד שֵׁ֥שׁ מָשְׁזָֽר
And a girdle of fine twined linnen and blew, and purple, and scarlet of needle worke, as the LORD commanded Moses.

וְֽ/אֶת הָ/אַבְנֵ֞ט שֵׁ֣שׁ מָשְׁזָ֗ר וּ/תְכֵ֧לֶת וְ/אַרְגָּמָ֛ן וְ/תוֹלַ֥עַת שָׁנִ֖י מַעֲשֵׂ֣ה רֹקֵ֑ם כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
¶ And they made the plate of the holy Crowne of pure gold, and wrote vpon it a writing, like to the engrauings of a signet, HOLINES TO THE LORD.

וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂ֛וּ אֶת צִ֥יץ נֵֽזֶר הַ/קֹּ֖דֶשׁ זָהָ֣ב טָה֑וֹר וַ/יִּכְתְּב֣וּ עָלָ֗י/ו מִכְתַּב֙ פִּתּוּחֵ֣י חוֹתָ֔ם קֹ֖דֶשׁ לַ/יהוָֽה
And they tied vnto it a lace of blew to fasten it on high vpon the mitre, as the LORD commanded Moses.

וַ/יִּתְּנ֤וּ עָלָי/ו֙ פְּתִ֣יל תְּכֵ֔לֶת לָ/תֵ֥ת עַל הַ/מִּצְנֶ֖פֶת מִ/לְ/מָ֑עְלָ/ה כַּ/אֲשֶׁ֛ר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה
¶ Thus was all the worke of the Tabernacle of the tent of the Congregation finished: and the children of Israel did according to al that the LORD commanded Moses, so did they.

וַ/תֵּ֕כֶל כָּל עֲבֹדַ֕ת מִשְׁכַּ֖ן אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וַֽ/יַּעֲשׂוּ֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל כְּ֠/כֹל אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה אֶת מֹשֶׁ֖ה כֵּ֥ן עָשֽׂוּ
¶ And they brought the Tabernacle vnto Moses, the tent, and all his furniture, his taches, his boards, his barres, and his pillars, and his sockets.

And the couering of rammes skinnes died red, and the couering of badgers skinnes, and the vaile of the couering:

The Arke of the Testimony, and the staues thereof, and the Mercie seat,

And the golden altar, and the anointing oyle, and the sweet incense, and the hanging for the Tabernacle doore:

The brasen altar, and his grate of brasse, his staues, and all his vessels, the lauer and his foote:

The hangings of the Court, his pillars, and his sockets, and the hanging for the court gate, his coards, and his pinnes, and all the vessels of the seruice of the Tabernacle, for the tent of the Congregation:

The clothes of seruice to doe seruice in the holy place, and the holy garments for Aaron the Priest, and his sonnes garments to minister in the Priests office.
